4 Refreshing Summer Recipes for Otter Pops or Ice Pops
Ingredients
Scale
Strawberry Guava
- 1 guava
- 6–8 strawberries
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 5 tbsp water
Black Cherry Limeade
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 3/4 cup of cherries
- 1/4 cup water
Cardamom Plum Froyo
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 2 plums
- 1/4 + 2 tbsp cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Nectarine Green Tea
- 2 nectarines
- 1/3 cup of strong brewed green tea
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- For each flavor: Blend the ingredients until nice and smooth. Add additional 1 tbsp water if the mixture is too thick and not easily pourable
- Use a funnel to pour the smoothie mixture into the plastic tube until it reaches the fill line. Freeze overnight and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to use frozen fruits to make these treats as well!
