Orange and Coconut Panna Cotta with Florida Orange Juice


Description

A creamy orange and coconut panna cotta thats silky smooth with a bright orange jelly on top! Makes four 4-oz ramekins.

ORANGE AND COCONUT PANNA COTTA

  • 1 cup Florida Orange juice
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp agar agar powder

ORANGE JELLY

  • 1/2 cup Florida Orange juice
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/8 tsp agar agar


Instructions

  1. Add Florida Orange Juice, coconut cream, sugar and agar agar to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil while stirring with a whisk. Once the mixture boil, simmer for 1 minute. Pour the mixture into your ramekins, dividing the mixture evenly. Set in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
  2. To make the Orange Jelly topping, add Florida Orange Juice, sugar and agar agar to a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 minute and then pour the mixture over the set orange and coconut panna cotta to create thin top layer. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes or until set.
  3. To serve, top with coconut whipped cream, orange segments, or enjoy as is!
