Sugar Fix- Chocolate Cake in 1 minute!

Cake in a Mug!

This weekend I had my little cousins over for the day. When they said they were in the mood for something sweet, a recipe I found earlier came to mind. I substituted coffee with cinnamon and it turned out delicious! It was moist and filling. If you like dark chocolate this is for you!

Serves 1-2 people                                              Cook time: 2 minutes

2 tablespoons of all purpose flour

1 1/2 tablespoons of powdered sugar (you can use normal sugar, but you get a grittiness to the cake)

2 teaspoons of cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of salt

2 1/2 tablespoons of milk

1 teaspoon of olive oil

Drop of vanilla extract

1. Add all the dry ingredients into a greased mug or microwavable bowl. Mix

2. Add all the wet ingredients and mix well.

3. Microwave for 40 seconds on high. The top of the cake should look dry.

4. Enjoy!

Next time I plan on using cardamom or chai masala in the cake.
