Did you get a chance to see me battle it out last night on Masterchef?! I made a delicious apple puff pastry pie with cardamom whipped cream and it got me the white apron!!! WHHHAAATTT…I ugly cried and everything. It was marvelous. 
I was super nervous (as if you can’t tell) and I had my party girl voice going on from talking too much, but it was all worth it!

I started watching masterchef because I heard there is a vegetarian girl on the show who uses indian spices! Pls post recipe of that apple pastry & whipped cream with spices.
