Recently I paired up with a Bay Area company, Back to the Roots, to make some delicious recipes using their at home garden kits and ready to eat breakfast products. The company’s goal is to Undo Food and connect people back to where it comes from. Back to the Roots made their mark initially by selling at-home mushroom farm kits. Eventually they moved onto creating at-home Herb Garden In a Can kits. They recently started making delicious cereals with as few ingredients possible (just 3 or 4!) and healthy breakfast cereal toppers which consist of buckwheat, chia seeds, dates and much more. I love working with this company because they whole heartedly believe in making the food industry transparent and healthy.

This sounds very interesting and all the recipes look and sound great! The cereal milk pops are something I would definitely like to try !
