Blueberry Jam Lemonade Spritzer

If you’re looking for a quick and easy summer cocktail/mocktail or drink- it can’t get any easier than this! I used my homemade blueberry fennel jam to make these lemonade spritzers. The blueberry jam adds sweetness and a bright fruity flavor to the lemonade. You could use any jam or preserves you have on hand. This recipe makes only one serving of blueberry jam lemonade spritzer but you could easily quadruple it and make it in a pitcher for a party.

If you’re not a fan of sparkling water or just don’t have it on hand, just use 1 cup of tap water instead and you’ll have a lovely lemonade! To add additional flavor, you can use flavored sparkling water as well!
