Description
A creamy orange and coconut panna cotta thats silky smooth with a bright orange jelly on top! Makes four 4-oz ramekins.
Ingredients
ORANGE AND COCONUT PANNA COTTA
- 1 cup Florida Orange juice
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp agar agar powder
ORANGE JELLY
- 1/2 cup Florida Orange juice
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/8 tsp agar agar
Instructions
- Add Florida Orange Juice, coconut cream, sugar and agar agar to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil while stirring with a whisk. Once the mixture boil, simmer for 1 minute. Pour the mixture into your ramekins, dividing the mixture evenly. Set in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
- To make the Orange Jelly topping, add Florida Orange Juice, sugar and agar agar to a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 minute and then pour the mixture over the set orange and coconut panna cotta to create thin top layer. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes or until set.
- To serve, top with coconut whipped cream, orange segments, or enjoy as is!
