Warby Parker has been the official brand of all glasses worn at my company. At least a few times a week I’ll see a box from Warby Parker in the package room. After talking to a few people, I decided to order a box to try-on for my self. All I had to do was log onto Warby Parker’s website and pick out my 5 favorite frames (this includes prescription and non-prescription) to try-on and Warby Parker shipped them out to me for free. Once I receive them, I have 5 days to take them for a spin . Then I can just pick my favorite frame and buy them off the website. You can return them with the pre-paid postage that comes in the box when you’re done. Super easy!
Here are my thoughts:
The Home-Try on kit was delivered to me really quickly which is nice. I appreciate speedy delivery. One of the best parts of the glasses for me was the fact that they don’t have nose pads. I have super long hair and when I put my glasses on my head, the nose pads always end up get caught in my hair. No nose pads = nice hair and no pain :-). The prices for the glasses range from $95 to $145, which in reality is really cheap. My previous glasses were in the $200-300 range and getting glasses became a luxury. With Warby Parker you can spend little money and be on point with your eyeglass game. All the styles are super trendy and the frames well made. I also noticed I ended up picking a lot of similar frames. Once I tried them on I could tell the subtle changes in the shape and size of the frames made a difference on how they looked on me. If you don’t like any of the frames, you are not obligated to buy any of them. Honestly, it’s free to try-on, so why not try it out?
I had a great time doing a mini photo-shoot with my husband and now it’s time for me to choose what pair I should go with. What do you guys think?
