I finally got time to create a quick Master List with links to all my favorite products that I’ve shared or talked about on my social media! These are things I use on a daily basis in my kitchen and home! Here a list of everything- I’ll be updating this list as I go- if you think something is missing just comment and I’ll have it up for you! P.S some of the links are affiliate links! Dosamaker – spreads and cooks your dosas for you! With 3 different settings you can get your dosa and crispy or soft you want! Good for uttapam and crepes too. Rhut is obsessed with this one. Dosamaker

Kitchenaid Artisan 5qt Stand Mixer – perfect for small-batch bakers Food52 | Amazon | Target | Kohls | Williams Sonoma

Breville Hand Mixer – has whisk, paddle, and kneading attachments. This mixer also has a timer and light set on it which is super helpful when creaming butter and sugar for cakes! Amazon | Walmart

Cuisinart Sandwich Maker/Press – Grew up using this press to make samosa sandwiches and more! Amazon | Target | Walmart

Kettle – I have a Balmuda kettle for every day. It holds 2 cups of water and is perfect for a small family. For a larger kettle, I have the Corsori kettle which can boil almost 2 liters of water!

Spice Blender – had 2 cups and blends spices to a fine powder Amazon

Pots & Pans

All Clad Stainless Steel set – I’ve had these for YEARS and they still look brand new! The small pot is my go-to chai pot. Definitely an investment but very well worth it! Food52 | Amazon | Williams Sonoma | Macys

Ballarini Nonstick pot & pans– I had these for a while and they work wonderfully, however, they stain or get messy easily. Function > Form! Amazon | Macys | Williams Sonoma |

OXO Carbon Steel Skillet – great for high-heat cooking. I like to take it with me when I go camping! OXO | Amazon | Macys

Le Creuset Dutch oven – This is a two-for-one! The pot lid is also a mini skillet- I use this when I bake loaves of bread in the oven! Amazon Cast Iron skillet – Got mine at Lodge’s headquarters and love it- great for frying in! Amazon | Walmart

Cast Iron Tawa– Perfect fo dosa, uttapum, paratha, roti, pancakes, and toasting pav! Food52

Dansk 1 qt pot – perfect pot for chai, melting butter or chocolate in! The lids doubles as a trivet! I have mine in pink but they have a variety of colors. Food52

Cooking Utensils and Tools

Garlic Press – heavy duty and takes little effort. Amazon

Grater/zester – stay sharp, good for garlic, ginger, and citrus zest! OXO

Microplane – classic for grating parmesan and nutmeg! Amazon

Kitchen Scale – if you want perfectly baked goods- this is a MUST. For high-end scales, I like OXO which goes to the tenth, but for a budget-friendly scale try Ozeri
