Ingredients

- 24 oz plain yogurt
- 2–3 tbsp honey (or your choice of sweetener) to taste
- 1/2 tbsp freshly ground cardamom
- 1/4 cup acai puree
- fresh fruit and nuts for toppings
Instructions
- Place a strainer over a bowl. Cover the strainer with 3 layers of cheesecloth. Pour plain yogurt into the cheesecloth.
- Pull up all the corners of the cheesecloth and twist it tight
- Place a plate on top and a heavy jar or can. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove the yogurt from the cheesecloth and place it into a medium-sized bowl. Whisk in your choice of sweetener, acai puree, and cardamom. Add additional sweetener if needed. Cover in plastic wrap and 20 minutes or overnight.
- Spoon 1 cup of yogurt into a bowl and top with your choice of fruit, nuts or granola! Enjoy!
Notes
you can replace the acai puree with any kind of fruit puree!
